Taxes are one of the primary reasons for keeping books. Your tax filer may need a lot of back and forth with your accountant to understand transactions while preparing your taxes, which causes coordination challenges and loss of time. Our packaged service is more efficient and saves your valuable time and money, ensuring peace of mind.

We strongly believe that onboarding is the key to efficient service delivery. Thus our onboarding process is pretty detailed, where your dedicated accounts manager will collect information over questionnaires and emails to ensure that relevant details are captured. We strive to complete your onboarding process over two one-hour calls and email communications within ten business days.

We do not charge any onboarding fees.

It is fairly simple. Once you subscribe to our plan:

You will need to add Bookkeypr as an accountant to your accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, or Zoho) and get access to our client service portal that enables you to upload & share documents.

A demo shall be arranged during onboarding for your better understanding of how the client portal works. 

The portal has features that enable you to:

  • Upload/Download documents at the click of a button.
  • Access a well managed data room without you having to scan through your mails or messages.
  • digitally sign documents

We work only with QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books.

If you are not subscribed to an accounting software, you will need to subscribe to one and then add us as your accountant. We also help you choose a software subscription during onboarding.

Please note that our prices do not include accounting software subscriptions/cost and are to be borne by you.

(Since you own the subscription, we only get an accountant access to serve you). You also have the flexibility to change your service provider at any time.

Yes! Support is included in your plan. Your dedicated accounts manager is available to answer any questions you may have.

We do not provide payroll services. We take care of the monthly reconciliation of your payroll if access is granted or if the reports are shared.

We do not handle or provide services for filing sales tax/turnover taxes. We take care of the monthly reconciliation of your sales tax/turnover taxes if the application access is granted or if the reports are shared.

We take care of the inventory accounting from your inventory management system/application wherever access is granted or if the reports are shared.

We deliver monthly and annual reports, as per the plan subscribed by you.

Monthly: Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow) and MIS

Annual: Pre-filing Tax Statements

We do not charge by the hour, all our services are based on an annual subscription plan as listed on our pricing page with an option to pay either monthly or annually in advance.

Our pricing plans are based on the value of expenses incurred each month. We capture and report your monthly expenses in the MIS delivered and allow a 5% upward threshold on average for the last three months before changing your plan.
Let’s say you are subscribed to a plan that allows for $100,000 in monthly expenses. But, you incur an average of $105,000 in costs for the prior three months. We do not change your plan as the allowed upward threshold of 5% is not breached. However, if you incur an average of $106,000 in those prior three months, we will move you to the next tiered plan starting from the following month

Currently, we do not levy any cancellation charges. You may choose to cancel anytime, no questions asked. The cancellation will commence the following month if you are a customer paying monthly.

Suppose you are a customer who has made an annual payment. In that case, the cancellation will commence the following month of information, and the advance paid will be refunded on a prorated basis.

We get on a call to understand your requirements, pending period and the value of transactions covered in our statement of work. We quote a fee and turnaround time for catch-up accounting and/or retro tax filings. Once our quote is accepted and payments are processed, we start work and deliver as agreed.

Accrual-based accounting is a type of accounting method where transactions are recorded in the books of accounts as they occur. Even if the payment for a specific product/service has not been received or made, this approach is more suitable for evaluating the health of an organization in financial terms. It considers all the transactions that have occurred during the financial period, regardless of whether a payment has been made, received.

Our services include AP/AR accounting and reconciliation. Any additional requirements will be provided as a chargeable add-on.

Yes, we do. We evaluate your communication received from IRS and guide you with the best course of action. Depending on the complexities involved, we may charge an additional fee for IRS services.
